- Filter life: replace the cartridge every 3 to 4 months. Swapping it takes under a minute.
- Cleaning: rinse the spray face now and then to keep the nozzles clear.

- I haven't received my order: email us with your order number and we'll investigate same day.

Product issues
- Low flow after install: check the rubber washer is seated flat and the filter cartridge is clicked fully in.
- Leak at the connection: hand-tighten a quarter turn more; if it persists, email us with your order number.
- Strap not staying secure: adjust Velcro position, re-wrap with even tension. The hooks grip best against the soft side.
