Try it for 60 nights. If you don't love it, send it back.

How it works

1. Shower with Cascada for up to 60 nights.
2. If your hair and skin don't feel noticeably better, email urbanlaneshopcontact@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack it in any box (original packaging helpful but not required) and drop it at any USPS / Canada Post / Royal Mail / Australia Post location.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of it arriving back. Goes to your original payment method.

What we cover

• Full refund of the product cost ($119.99)
• We pay the return shipping label
• No restocking fee

What we don't cover

• Original shipping cost (we offer free shipping, so for most orders this is $0)
• Orders past the 60-day window from delivery date

Damaged on arrival?

Email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no need to return the damaged unit.
