Shipping Policy

At Urban Lane Shop, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the estimated timelines below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders go through a 2-3 business day processing period before shipment. During this time, your order is confirmed, prepared, and handed off to our shipping partners. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates calculated from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you via email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status at any time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of Canada, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Urban Lane Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed shipments: If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partners.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days or indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, including issuing a full refund or reshipping your order at no cost.
  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. See our Refund Policy for full details.
  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer's expense.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) depending on the product and shipping carrier. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
