We want your new Purl fountain to arrive quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Free Shipping

All Purl orders ship free. No minimums, no codes required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is processed and handed off to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 7 to 15 business days. Most orders arrive within this window, though actual transit time depends on your location and carrier schedules. Orders shipping to major metro areas often arrive on the shorter end of this range.

We ship from both overseas and domestic US warehouse locations. The warehouse your order ships from is selected automatically based on current inventory levels. This does not affect your shipping cost or the delivery window listed above.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use that number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to order, please contact us at support@purl-pets.com and we will do our best to help.

Delays and Customs

Occasionally, orders may be delayed by factors outside our control, including carrier backlogs, weather events, or customs processing for international shipments. We appreciate your patience in those situations. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out and we will investigate right away.
